Yes, plenty of parking and Free! No Resort Fees.
 The front office will give you a parking pass to put in your car. We also have night security. 6 pm to 2 am

Security Deposits are returned within 7 days after check out as long as no damage has been done.

All guests can check in any time after 3 pm. If your flight arrives late, that's ok too. Just check in with the office in the morning for your parking pass.

 All information will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Directions from OGG airport to Kihei Kai Nani, check-in, check-out instructions, door code, etc.

Self-check-in with a lockbox, so if your flight arrives late at night, no problem, let yourself in.

We have about everything you would need in the kitchen if you decide to make your meals.

 We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs.

First aid kit in the bathroom, fire extinguisher (hoping you'll never have to use it) right outside the security screen front door 

Kids are always welcome, but not babyproof

Yes, only at the pavilion on the property. Ask the friendly front office to reserve it for you.

Not in the unit or lanai. There are 2 designated areas on the property. One at the top of the property and the other down towards the exit.

The 2 TV's and stereo are pretty easy to use, not complicated at all.

We're DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford, ( of Sonoma CA) seasoned Maui enthusiasts with over two decades of cherished memories on the island. Our dream of owning a piece of paradise became a reality a decade ago when in September of 2016, we took the plunge and acquired this beautiful family-owned condo inspired by countless vacations to the beautiful island. 
Ten years ago, our daughter also made the move to Maui. (Perhaps a result of our numerous vacations to the island). Now, with the delightful addition of two more grandkids, we know that owning this family-owned condo was the right move. 
We believe in living Pono, that's living Aloha. One of the highlights of Maui is the culture of relaxation and tranquility. From the beautiful weather to the friendly people, every part of the Hawaiian culture promotes a stress-free lifestyle while keeping the Aloha spirit.
